I discovered the power of Homeopathy in my 20s when I developed a chronic condition manifesting as Chronic Fatigue. Whilst the allopathic medical system eventually found the cause and supported me, the medication I was on merely supported my digestive system mechanically - there was an expectation I'd be on them for life! I did loads of research on how food can enable healing and improved my eating, something that I now recommend everyone thinks about.
Alongside that, I tried other pathways to support me.
It took the Homeopath I found back then a little time to find the right remedy and potency to support me, but I still remember now how I felt within hours of taking the 'right' one. Third time lucky, I felt my life force lift- just a little - but enough to know that something had shifted...my sustained recovery to better health had started.
Now I'm a homoeopath myself!
I love running my practice, after graduating as a Homeopath from the North West School of Homeopathy.
Meeting people with varied health issues and supporting them brings me great joy.
I treasure the privilege of spending one-on-one time with new clients, taking a deep dive into their medical history and finding out about them as a person.
I get excited when waiting to hear what action my remedy plan has had when I meet clients for a follow-up and get a thrill when a remedy has had a deep acting effect. It's the gift that keeps on giving for me.
Of course, sometimes things take a little more persistence to achieve and I'm committed to walking that sustained journey with you if it's needed.

About the Treatments
Homeopathy
Our bodies are pretty good at repairing themselves, even when they're a little out of balance. But as the balance gets tipped further, small symptoms turn into bigger ones as our 'inner vitality' seeks to get our attention. An initial Homeopathic consultation is an exploration of all the ways your 'inner vitality' has been trying to speak to you, which is why I put aside 90 minutes to spend time with you; and more time after you've left working on a bespoke support plan just for you.
Follow-up consultations look at how that plan worked for you initially, and how it might be amended to continue supporting you. I set aside up to 45 minutes for this.
For longstanding issues, some improvements are likely after the first appointment, but deep long-lasting healing requires sustained treatment and support from a series of appointments.
Reiki
Reiki works on your natural energy field - we all have one. When we get an injury or have persistent thought patterns we can unbalance the natural flow of energy around our body, creating stagnation or excess energy in certain areas. Reiki aims to reharmonise the natural flow of energy around our body which in turn in makes us feel better.
